Annual Software Contract for Year 2010

The Annual Software Service Contract is for schools that purchased our software(s) and would like to continue to receive our Service for 2010. Under this Contract, you will receive:

  • Hotline & eMail Support
  • Technical Support for System Administrator
  • Database & System Trouble-Shooting
  • Compatibility with School Cockpit System
  •  "On-The-Web" FAQ, Quick Guides
  •  Minor Software Upgrades

This is for Renewal of Service Contract. If your school does not have a contract with us for Year 2009 or before, you will need to call us for a quote.

For schools that wish to renew the contract for Year 2009, kindly fill up the Annual Software Service Contract Form and fax or eMail to us as by 31 Jan 2010. Prices will be revised from 01 Feb 2010.

For schools using Flash Manager or Splash Manager, we will also need you to fax or EMail your SCHEDULE to us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangement.

In order for us to remain viable and be able to continue to support your school, we will need you to support us. Please note that we are not obligue to support schools without contract.
