CCA Management System

The CCA Management System keeps track of the CCA activities of the student from the time of enrolment until the student graduates. Features include house and division assignment, pupil profiling, conversion of pupil's data, conversion of physical fitness test. More importantly, this system calculates the CCA grade and generates the CCA Certificate.

CCA Management System also includes CIP & CDP modules. Under the CIP Module, the system will keep tracks of the Total CIP Hours and assign CCA Points according to the Guideline. As for the CDP module, the system captures different Domains recommended by the CCA Branch e.g. Leaderships, Citizenships and Social & Personal. Both the CIP and CDP profiles will be printed together in the CCA Certificates.
