Current Version is 2.00f. We have made some changes to PAMS. For details, please refer to What's New in Version 2.00f

We have made some changes to PAMS to allow schools to copy MT Results from SA1, SA2, CO1 or OVR to GCE. Please note that the Grades to be copied MUST be a GCE 'O' Level Results.

If the MT Results are from MAY sitting, there is not need to "Copy MT to GCE" as these results will be included in the Text Files from IES.

The Quick Guide has also been updated to relect these changes.

Release of Version 1.84q for school with Service Contract 2006 (You may Autoupgrade from within PAMS)
This version fix a bug in PAMS when calculating Expected L1R4 & L1R5. All should should upgrade.

There have been numerous cases where schools get stuck with the "Process Results". This is due to some Grading Scheme issues for some of the subjects, especially CLB. MLB, TLB and Express Subjects offered by Normal Stream Students. Please refer to "Quick Guide to Grading Scheme" for more details..

New Method of Setting Target with Target Reports based on Computed MSG. Instead of using 3 points from PRISM, we recommend using Mean & Standard Deviation T/Scores and MSG from PRISM. Please download documentation on How to Set Target from our download page.

Also included are the Expected Aggregate (L1R4, L1R5, L1B4, L1B5 & Best 3) based on the computed Expected MSG.

New Reports
Correlation between Prelim and GCE by Level, Subject & Class. This wil give you an indication of how "reliable" your Prelim Exam is. A value of ONE (perfect) implies that pupils who score an A1 in Prelim also score an A1 for GCE ....etc. As a guideline, a Correlation of 0.7 should be the minimum.
