PPAMS for Primary Schools

Latest Version is 4.70a (Updated on 15 Nov 2011) for Schools with 2011 Contract.
Support Cockpit Plus (Only ExDet and ExSum CSV Files) which contain the Results Details and Summary (Conduct, Attendance, Remark) respectively.
This version also fixes cockpit problem (Overall marks not rounded up in ExDet)
Please download the "Convert Cockpit Plus Guide"

- Close PPAMS if you are running it
- Click on ppams_v470a_sx (Self-Extracting).
(This is not an installtion file). If you need to install a new set of PPAMS into a new PC, you will need the installation Pak (See below).
- When Prompt, Click RUN
- When Prompt again, Click on UNZIP button (it will extract the files automatically)
   
   

Pupil Academic Monitoring System for Primary Schools. This is a specially developed Software for Primary Schools to Analyse Results and Monitor the Progress of the pupils. It allows the school to set target and project a T/Score which is calibrated based on the school past year performance.

SERVICE CONTRACT 2010

For Renewal (school wtih 2009 Contract), the fees is $1450/-.
For Non-Renewal, the fees is $2950/- (There was one major upgrade in 2008)
The contract shall include:
- End User Support
- Database Troubleing Shooting
- All Upgrades
The last day to sign up is 31 Jan 2010. Thereafter, PAMS will be deactivated if you upgrade.
To sign up for the Service Contract, all you have to do is to drop me an eMail (jonathan@rjcat.com). We will issue invoice via eInvoice.

Warning: Installing PAMS will overwrite all your existing data.
You should install only on New PCs and then copy folder "Database" from the Old PC into the New PCs.
- There are 2 methods of upgrading:
1. Upgrade from within PPAMS
or
2. Save ppams_v450h.exe as ppams.exe into C:\ppams
